Reconnect Xero

If you have an active Xero Connection with HospoIQ, sometimes you will see a red banner notifying you then we have lost connection to Xero. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. This means you will not receive your daily invoices, or see financial data in your HospoIQ Financial Reports.

 

This is out of our control, however, you can easily reconnect.

This guide will go over how to reconnect to Xero.

​

1. First, go to https://go.xero.com/Settings/OrganisationSettings/.

2. Once here, click "Connected Apps".

3. Find "HospoIQ" and click the disconnect button.

Once this this done, you will then need to:

1. Go to https://app.hospoiq.com/xero

2. Click the "Reconnect" link for sites that need to be reconnected.

Invoices and Profit and Loss data will now come through.

 

If any invoices have been missed due to the disconnect with Xero, please go to https://app.hospoiq.com/xero and click "Run Now" for the site you wish to generate invoices for.
