Adding Daily Notes

Navigate to app.hospoiq.com and login with your hospoIQ credentials.

From here, open the left hand menu and click 'Cash Up'.

Once at the Cash Up screen, select the 'Notes' tab below the date.

Here you can see, create and delete notes by period. Periods in hospoIQ default to 'Lunch' and 'Dinner' but can be adjusted from the left hand menu under 'Periods'.

You can add a new note by clicking 'Add Note'.

Notes require specific details to be accepted. These are:

  • Period Name: This is the time of the day in which the note relates to.

  • Location Name (optional): This value is optional but if your note relates to a specific Location in the business, then select it here.

  • Manager on Duty: The manager who is working for that Period and/or Location.

  • Your Name: The name of the person entering the Note.

  • Note: The details of the comment.

To delete or edit an existing note; click on that note. 

From here you can edit any of the fields and click 'Save'. Alternatively, click delete to remove the note.
