Setting Your Default Targets
Default Targets are used as a placeholder in your reports for where you haven't set a specific daily Target.
Wage Targets
Wage Targets are split into the Kitchen and Front of House Departments.
To set your placeholder Wage Target for each Department, log in to app.hospoIQ.com. Click the menu icon at the top left of the screen and select 'Report Configuration' under the 'Configuration' category.
From here, select the site you wish to update by clicking 'Edit'.
To update these numbers, add your new percent into the Wage % boxes and click 'Save'.
Gross Profit Targets
Gross Profit Targets are split into Food and Beverage Category Types.
To set your placeholder Gross Profit Target for these Categories, log in to app.hospoIQ.com. Click the menu icon at the top left of the screen and select 'Report Configuration' under the 'Confi.
From here, select the site which you want to update by clicking 'Edit'.
To update these numbers, add your new percent into the Gross Profit % boxes and click 'Save'.
Sales Targets
Sales Targets default to your Projected Sales. Information on how to set them can be found here.
