How are Targets Initially Set?
Sales Targets default to your Projected Sales. However, these numbers can be updated as explained here.
Wage and Gross Profit Targets have default numbers set in the Report Configuration, which you can update.
Why are the Targets in my Report not Updating?
Actual sales and wage costs today are fully 'live' and update continually. However, at this stage, Targets are not fully live, and will generally update every couple of hours along with the rest of your reporting. To get the most out of your Targets, we recommend that you do set your Targets as far ahead of time as possible which means that Targets will be up-to-date when reports do refresh.
