Viewing Reports
To view your reports through a PC Browser (eg, Chrome or Internet Explorer), navigate to app.hospoiq.com.
Login with the hospoIQ credentials emailed to you (ie, the email address you entered when downloading the installer). You will then immediately see your reports on the home screen.
Please note that initially you will be able to see information on the Today Dashboard only. A one-off upload of your historic data will occur automatically after installation and take up to 30 minutes; once this is completed, all the other dashboards and reports will also display information.
